Puppet Animation
This is a story about a clay girl created by a certain group of children and her journey of self-discovery. The story is divided into four parts:
The Awakening - In first part, the audience is introduced to the puppet girl waking up, surrounded by the whispered sounds of children. This marks the beginning of her journey.
Colorful Rain - While looking around a girl discovers colors, finding hanging paints. Fueled by curiosity, she leaps to reach them, causing a cascade of colors as they tumble down with her. Emerging from the pool of paints, she finds her once-white body transformed into a beautiful mix of colors.
Magical Cloth - Here she finds a magical fabric that suddenly transforms into her dress.
Meeting Others - In the final chapter, the girl discovers a camera that serves as a connecting portal. Intrigued, she steps closer, unlocking a gateway to a new world beyond her own.
This project took me about a month and a half to complete and it was quite a challenge for me.
About Puppet
Puppet is made from air dry clay. It has removable face and flexible body. Also, the eyebrows and mouth (each with a different emotion) are made from magnets.
The process of filming
Also, I made some illustrations in Adobe Illustrator to show the children behind the puppet.
